IDENTIFIED

We have identified an issue impacting a small number of customers where the customer's modem may not be able to re-establish a session if lost, leading to a loss of service. It appears this was unexpectedly triggered by planned works Chorus conducted last night. We are planning to reinitialise the affected handover overnight (after midnight), timed to minimise impact on the wider customer base. We continue to monitor the situation and may bring works forward should new information become available.
