Description

Maintenance Event window: 2026 February 9th 00:00 - February 10th 06:00 NZT What work is being carried out, and Why: As part of the continuous maintenance of our network, we will be carrying out routine work on the following components: This work will be a migration of our Northpower Legacy Network Handover to our New Network. Customer impact and Mitigation: We expect some services will be impacted for up to 60min during the maintenance event window. If your services are affected and do not restore automatically, please restart your CPE before reaching out for support. We will provide updates on this event as necessary. Northpower Handover 2019 (Legacy only) Note: Layer 2 services on these handovers will receive a new SVID/CVID, impacted resellers will be contacted directly with this info.
