[Identified] Estimated restore time is by 5.00pm NZDT. Northpower have advised that connections will start to recover between now and 5pm, they have also advised that they are treating this with some urgency and the Devoli service will be one of the first to be spliced.

[Identified] This is related to a cable fault in Whangarei, a digger has struck a 144 fibre cable at road works in the Tawera area. Unfortunately there is no ETA at present. Further info at; https://northpower.com/fibre/faults-and-outages#outage-tabs

[Identified] We have logged this to our backhaul provider who advise there is a connectivity issue between Whangarei Central and the Northpower CO, where our device is located. A technician has been dispatched, further updates to follow.

[Investigating] We have lost connectivity to our devices in Whangarei, we are investigating this now. This will be affecting all services from Northpower.
